Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Royal Empire Supply Affiliate Program. Our affiliate program rewards individuals who share RES and refer customers to our products. By participating in the RES Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility
You must be 21 years or older to participate in the RES Affiliate Program.
All affiliate accounts are subject to approval by RES. We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or remove an affiliate from the program at our discretion if program requirements are not met.
Affiliates are responsible for keeping their contact, payment, and tax information current.
Affiliate commission tiers
All approved RES affiliates start at the base commission rate. Your commission rate increases based on the number of qualifying sales you generate during each calendar month.

How monthly tiers work
Your final number of qualifying sales for the month determines the commission rate applied to all qualifying sales from that same month.
For example, if you generate 112 qualifying sales in August, your qualifying August sales are paid at the 14% commission rate — not only the sales made after you crossed 100.
Commission tiers reset at the beginning of each calendar month.
Commission is calculated using the eligible product subtotal after discounts and before taxes, shipping, fees, refunds, credits, or other non-eligible charges. Certain products, promotions, bundles, wholesale orders, or transactions may be excluded from commissions.
Affiliate links & tracking
RES may provide you with a unique affiliate link, code, or other tracking method to identify sales attributed to your account. Affiliate links or codes are used primarily for tracking purposes and do not necessarily provide customers with a discount.
Qualifying sales must be successfully attributed to your affiliate account through the RES tracking system. Customer-to-affiliate attribution is not guaranteed to be permanent.
RES may review, correct, reassign, or remove attribution when necessary due to technical errors, duplicate accounts, incorrect attribution, fraud, abuse, or administrative errors. Tracking can also be affected by private browsing, deleted cookies, customer error, another affiliate's link or code, or other technical limitations.
If you believe a sale was incorrectly attributed, you may contact RES for review. Manual reassignment is not guaranteed.
Self-purchases
Affiliate commissions are intended to reward genuine customer referrals. Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases unless RES specifically authorizes it.
Using another email address, account, family member, friend, or other method to bypass this policy may result in the commission being removed and/or the affiliate account being suspended.
Affiliate payouts
The minimum payout amount is $50 in approved commissions.
Balances below the minimum payout amount will roll forward until the minimum is reached.
Commissions are finalized after the applicable calendar month closes and may remain pending while refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud reviews, or other transaction reviews are completed. Payouts are issued according to the current RES payout schedule.
Affiliates are responsible for applicable taxes and for providing any required payment or tax information.
Returns, refunds & chargebacks
Commissions are earned only on completed, qualifying purchases. If an order is returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the associated commission may be reversed.
If the commission has already been paid, the amount may be deducted from future affiliate earnings. The sale may also be removed from the affiliate's monthly sales total and annual Royal Affiliate Club total.
If removing an ineligible sale changes the affiliate's monthly commission tier, RES may recalculate commissions for that month using the appropriate tier.
Royal Affiliate Clubs
Our Royal Affiliate Clubs recognize affiliates who reach major annual sales milestones.
Royal Affiliate Club qualification runs from January 1 through December 31 and resets each calendar year. Royal Affiliate Clubs are separate from monthly commission tiers and do not permanently change an affiliate's standard commission percentage.
- Crown Club$100,000 in annual qualifying affiliate sales
- Sovereign Club$250,000 in annual qualifying affiliate sales
- Empire Club$500,000 in annual qualifying affiliate sales
Royal Affiliate Club rewards
Club members may receive special recognition and achievement rewards such as luxury gifts, bonuses, travel or experiences, merchandise, or other RES-selected rewards. Specific rewards may change from year to year and will be announced separately.
Reaching a club milestone does not guarantee a particular reward unless that reward has been specifically announced by RES as part of the applicable promotion. Only qualifying affiliate sales count toward annual milestones. Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, and other ineligible transactions may be deducted from annual totals.
Promoting RES
We want affiliates to share RES authentically and responsibly.
When promoting RES, affiliates may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated statements about RES or its products. Affiliates may not make unauthorized medical or disease claims, guarantee weight loss or other health outcomes, provide medical advice on behalf of RES, or present themselves as an RES employee or medical professional unless that representation is accurate and authorized.
Spam, fake accounts, deceptive advertising, fraudulent testimonials, tracking manipulation, and other misleading promotional practices are prohibited.
Affiliates may not create websites, social accounts, usernames, email addresses, or other properties that could reasonably be mistaken for an official RES account. Paid advertising using RES trademarks, company names, product names, or branded search terms requires prior authorization from RES.
Affiliate disclosure
When promoting RES, affiliates must appropriately disclose that they may earn a commission from purchases made through their affiliate link or code.
Examples include “RES Affiliate,” “Affiliate link,” or “I earn a commission from purchases made through my link.”
Disclosures should be clear and reasonably visible with the promotional content.
RES brand use
RES logos, product images, graphics, videos, descriptions, trademarks, and other branded materials may only be used as authorized. Affiliates are welcome to create their own content about RES as long as it follows these Terms & Conditions and any RES marketing guidelines.
RES may request that promotional content be corrected or removed if it violates program or brand requirements.
Fraud & program abuse
RES reserves the right to investigate suspicious affiliate activity. This includes fraudulent transactions, fake or duplicate accounts, unauthorized self-referrals, payment or chargeback abuse, tracking manipulation, artificially generated sales, attempts to improperly reach a commission tier or Royal Affiliate Club milestone, or other misuse of the program.
Commissions may be held while suspicious activity is reviewed. Ineligible transactions may be removed from commission calculations, monthly sales totals, and annual Royal Affiliate Club totals.
Suspension or removal
Affiliates may leave the RES Affiliate Program at any time. RES may suspend or remove an affiliate for fraud, program manipulation, prohibited product or health claims, failure to make required affiliate disclosures, misuse of RES branding, unauthorized advertising, repeated violations of program guidelines, or other serious violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Commissions associated with fraudulent or otherwise ineligible activity may be forfeited. Legitimate approved commissions remaining after an account is closed will be handled according to the applicable RES payout policy.
Independent affiliate relationship
Participation in the RES Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or agency relationship with Royal Empire Supply. Affiliates operate independently and are responsible for their own business activities, expenses, taxes, representations, and legal obligations.
Affiliates are not authorized to make commitments or enter into agreements on behalf of RES.
Program updates
RES may update the Affiliate Program as the business evolves. Updates may include commission percentages, tier requirements, qualifying products or transactions, tracking methods, payout requirements, promotional opportunities, Royal Affiliate Club milestones or rewards, eligibility requirements, and marketing guidelines.
Material changes will generally be communicated through the RES website, affiliate portal, dashboard, email, or another designated RES communication channel. Changes will generally apply going forward, although RES may make adjustments when necessary to address fraud, errors, technical issues, or legal or regulatory requirements.
Acceptance of terms
By participating in the RES Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional affiliate policies or guidelines provided by RES.
